EVENT HOURS: Friday, October 11th from 4 pm to 10 pm. Saturday, October 12th from 11 am to 10 pm. Sunday, October 13th from 11 am to 6 pm.

VENDOR HOURS: Vendors are required to attend and display their work for the entire duration of the event. While attendance on Friday and Saturday evenings is optional, your presence is expected at all other times.

VENDOR CANCELLATION: If cancellations are received from 8 to 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a refund as follows: 50% refund by check. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not receivea refund.

RULES & REGULATIONS

I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS: Tents must be free-standing with a minimum of 45 lbs. weight on each leg and made of flame-retardant fabric meeting applicable fire safety codes. Music: Radios or music within a booth should only be audible within that vendor's space. Walkways: Pedestrian walkways, crosswalks, handicap access ramps, and breaks between vendors must remain clear and open at all times. Pets: Confirm with us prior to the event if you plan to bring a pet. Pets are only allowed at specific events and must be kept behind booths. Dogs must not disturb other vendors or attendees. Signage: No signs are allowed outside the footprint of the assigned space or in any part of the event or streets leading to the event. Attendance: Vendors must fulfill their contract and remain at the event through the posted hours. Breaking down early is not allowed. Booth Appearance: All booths must be kept attractive and appealing to attendees, with tables covered. Trash: All trash, including cable ties, must be picked up and disposed of in trash receptacles at the conclusion of the event. Behavior: No shouting, hawking, or smoking in your assigned space (smoking is allowed only behind your booth with provided ashtrays). Vehicles: Vehicles are not allowed onto the event site until completely broken down, ready to load out, and all patrons have exited. Event staff will determine when it is safe to drive into the site. Parking: Vendor parking must be in designated locations determined by event management. All other areas are reserved for attendees. Setup: Vendors must be set up one hour before the event opens and ready for inspection by staff, city or county, or health department inspectors. Products: Only products or services represented in your agreement may be offered. Any unapproved items must be removed. Insurance: Vendors must have $1,000,000 in liability insurance coverage. Cleanliness: Keep your area free of litter. Event Essentials: Detailed show logistics will be emailed four weeks before the festival. Risk and Liability / General The applicant releases and agrees to hold harmless the Downtown SRQ Enrichment Association (DSEA), including all festival hosts, municipalities, property owners, sponsors, and vendors, from any loss, theft, or damage to their property, or any personal injury sustained while setting up or participating in any DSEA event. DSEA is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to Acts of God (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military power, confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanctions, blockades, embargoes, labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, or interruption/failure of electricity or telephone service. By participating, the applicant agrees that photographs or images taken during the event, including those of their booth or work, may be used by DSEA for future promotional purposes. The applicant agrees to abide by the rules, policies, and guidelines of the festival. Failure to follow these regulations may result in expulsion from current and future events. DSEA reserves the right to make the final interpretation of all rules and policies. Under no circumstance shall DSEA be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or other damages. Submission of the application signifies full acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
