SPECIAL DOWNTOWN TAX ASSESSMENT 

It’s important for downtown business owners to oversee the 2% special downtown tax assessment (D.I.D – Downtown Improvement District) to ensure that the funds are spent effectively and in ways that directly benefit their district. By having a say in how these funds are allocated, business owners can ensure that the investments are made in areas that will enhance the local economy, improve infrastructure, and attract more visitors and customers to their businesses.
