The 25th Annual Sarasota New Year’s Eve Pineapple Drop returns on Tuesday, December 31st from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. along Main Street and Lemon Ave downtown Sarasota with a carnival, multiple outdoor stage performances and NYE pineapple drop count down.
The ‘party kicks off at 1:00 p.m. with Amusement Rides & Games (at 5 Points Park) Food, Drinks & Full Bar Concessions along with Live Music at 8:30 pm. Shimmy into the New Year with Sarasota’s annual Pineapple Drop count down at midnight. Enjoy a great view- without leaving the party!!! The event ends Wednesday, January 1, at 1:30 am. The event is FREE and open to the public.

Crossfire Creek Band is a 5-pc New Country/Top 40 Country band based out of Tampa/Clearwater, FL that is bursting onto the country music scene with its unique flare and one of a kind performances.

With his craft of refreshing melodies and sing-along lyrics, Daniel B. Marshall’s music welcomes you to dance in the sunshine, to repair your broken heart, and to lift your head up. Listeners can easily find themselves in his songs of everyday love, summertime fun, self-inflicted heartbreak, and tough times.
After playing at events around the nation in college, he landed a high-profile gig in 2002 playing guitar for Backstreet Boy Nick Carter. After a national press and world tour, he traveled playing guitar alongside young country sensation Lyric Street Records star Ashley Gearing in support of her first radio tour across America. Daniel B. has shared the stage with some of today’s hottest and brightest stars, performing on the same bill as Phil Vassar, Gwen Stefani, Norah Jones, Kid Rock, Slightly Stoopid, Celine Dion, LeAnn Rimes, Tonic, Sister Hazel, Jeffrey Steel, Andy Grammer, Pat Green and many others.
